 1—SHOPPING OUR SITE
Shopping our site is easy! On the left side of every page is a list of all the product pages on our site. Clicking on the top one
that says “Catalog” will take you to a page that lists all of our products by category. These categories include style, sizes
and widths. Clicking on any of these categories will show you pictures of the styles within that category. You can click on a style
that you like and you will see a larger picture of that style. You will also see the details of that style including sizes, colors,
materials, widths, heel height, pricing and a brief description. If you are interested in purchasing an item click on “Add to Cart”.
2—HOW TO ORDER
When you have clicked on “Add to Cart” you will see your shopping cart! This will list the items you have selected. If you would like
to change or remove an item click on “Remove” next to that item and then click on “Recalculate” to update your selections.
To make a purchase click on “Check Out” or if you would like to shop some more click on “Click Here to Continue Shopping”
and you will be brought back to the “Entire Catalog” page.
3—SECURE CHECKOUT
The “Secure Page Check Out” will allow you to see your order again and allow you to enter all of your shipping and billing information.
It is important to fill in everything on this page completely and carefully. Common errors include e-mail addresses, incomplete shipping
addresses and incomplete credit card information. Since what you submit is what we receive, it is imperative that all information
is correct. Wrong information can lead to delayed shipments and possible service and re-ship charges (see our return
policy page). PRINT this page for your records. When you are finished entering your information click on “PROCESS ORDER”. This
sends your order to us securely via the internet.
4—RECEIPTS AND RECORD KEEPING
Once you have clicked on the “Process Order” button you will see your order number. Write this on the copy of your order. If your e-mail
was entered correctly you will receive a return e-mail from us showing that we have received your order. Within 24 business hours
you will receive another e-mail about the status of your order. If you have not received any confirmation of your order and shipping
status within 3 days please call us to verify that your order was indeed received.
5—GENERAL INFORMATION
Your receipt and all correspondence will be done via e-mail. This is why you must enter your e-mail address properly. We are a secure
e-commerce site where all orders are sent to us and credit cards processed through a encrypted secure web page. You may also call in
your order if you prefer. Our customer service lines are open from 9-5 PM, Monday through Friday (eastern standard time) and we will
answer any questions that you have. If we are out of the office when you call leave a detailed message and your call will be returned
