FAST UPS SHIPPING!
Your purchase is shipped with standard UPS Ground service at a cost of just $7 for any size order! The factory warehouse
ships all in stock orders within 1-3 business days after your confirmed order. Most orders, however, ship out from the
warehouse the next business day after you place your order! Ship time will vary depending on how far
your destination is from Discount Bridal Shoes.com in South Florida. We reserve the right to ship some orders via USPS Priority Mail.
While mistakes with UPS rarely happen there is always a possibility of an unforseen error so we do not guarantee
shipping times. To be safe it is always best to leave yourself a few extra days before you need your package. A reship charge
of $7 will apply to all exchanges. There are no restocking fees on any exchanges or returns.

UNDERSTANDING SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES
Here is an example of a destination that is 3 business days in transit:
1 - Your order is placed on a Monday and UPS takes 3 business days to deliver to your location.
2 - The factory warehouse ships it out the very next business day on Tuesday.
3 - Transit time is 3 business days after the day of confimed shipment which is Tuesday. The day your package ships out, Tuesday, does not count as a shipping day.
4 - Your 3 shipping days are Wednesday, Thursday and the final day is Friday.
5 - Your package arrives on Friday.
REMEMBER - shipping days are business days which means you do not count Saturday, Sunday or any Holidays where UPS
does not ship. So if you order on Thursday, your package wip ship out on Friday and arrive 3 business days later on Wednesday.
ESTIMATING YOUR SHIPPING TIME
To calculate your shipping time you can first view the UPS MAP. For
an exact time you can calculate your ship time at UPS.com by CLICKING HERE.

on "Calculate Time Only" to see how many days it will take a shipment to arrive. Standard and upgraded optional shipping costs as well as ship back costs are non refundable.

to UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight Saver (no Saturday Overnight Delivery is available) service in your shopping cart.

WHERE DO WE SHIP
We ship
only within the United States and Puerto Rico. SHIPMENTS TO
PUERTO RICO, ALASKA AND HAWAII will be shipped via the United States Postal Service priority mail.
The postal service states that this service generally runs from 2-3 days. This time frame is not guaranteed
so we ask that you allow up to a week or more for a priority mail shipment. You can not upgrade shipping
to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska. You are responsible for the cost of shipping back a return or exchange.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
The address
you type in is the address we send your order to. Please
make sure your address is correct, including apartment number and
zip code. Also be sure to make arrangements to accept delivery at
the address requested. U.P.S. will not automatically leave a package
at your door. We can not ship to a P.O. box. Additional reship charges
and a $5 service charge (this is what UPS charges us) will apply for incorrect shipping addresses and
refused shipments. Please refer to our Return Policy page for details.
